Additional help is needed to coordinate ARC weddings. If interested, attend the informational meeting this Monday, March 10, 7 PM in the Multipurpose Room. Coordinator Barb Sandbulte will also conduct a further training.
A pool of people is desired to take turns handling a particular wedding, perhaps one or two a year. Responsibilities include answering questions, handing out the ARC wedding booklet listing facility accommodations, guidelines, and fees. Coordinators are also on duty at the rehearsal and ceremony.
Wedding planners receive a payment of $50 from the bridal party for their services.
