ARC Consistory met Tuesday, April 16. Christopher Jelken came and professed his faith and Melissa (Sohl) Homeyer requested a transfer of her membership to First Reformed Church in Rock Rapids. Deacons reported that some changes were being made to the phone system. The Property Committee reported that a new commercial vacuum was ordered, carpet was installed on the southwest basement stairs and a new walk behind mower was ordered. Approval was given for Pastor Mike’s compensation to be adjusted to more closely align with Synod recommendations for a church of our membership number. Approval was given to use our facility for a Teens Encounter Christ retreat in February 2014. Next Consistory meeting will be Tuesday, May 7.
