ARC Consistory met Tuesday, July 9. Matt & Andrea Jacobsma requested baptism for their son Cayden John. Matt & Amber Lais requested baptism for their daughter Addisyn Jean. Gerald & Sue Davelaar requested to transfer their membership from Luverne Christian Reformed Church. Deacons reported that approval was given for the purchase of 2 guitars for a youth praise band. The Consistory discussed the pros and cons of having the nursery in the Multipurpose Room and voted to keep the nursery in its basement location. The property committee will begin to research future facility needs. Discussion was held on renovations in the Fellowship Hall and approval was given to install a new acoustical ceiling with additional lighting. Next Consistory meeting will be Tuesday, August 6.
