The Jr. RCYF has launched a Schwans Fundraising Campaign to pay for retreats, Power Connection, and other activities. We need your help. The fundraiser runs until April 13. You can place an order 2 ways: at schwans.com using our campaign ID of 26256 or looking through the catalogs on the Narthex tables and then calling 1-855-870-7208. Orders will be delivered to your door. Schwan’s will give 20% of your product purchase and 40% of your eGift Card purchase (one per customer, per campaign) back to our campaign. If you are already a Schwan’s customer you can either call or go online to change the fundraiser option to our campaign id of 26256.

Jr RCYF  Youth Group will host a Midweek Meal on Wednesday, March 16, 5:30-6:30 PM. Serving pulled pork sandwiches, chips, baked beans and bars. All proceeds will be donated to extra-curriculars for SW Youth Services in Magnolia.  Freewill donation.

The Shine A Light Tour 2016 kicks off at American Reformed Church on Wednesday, March 9 at 7 PM. Featured artists include Ginny Owen, Adam Cappa, Zealand Worship, along with Josh Brewer from Life Light. Youth, bring a friend or two who want to have fun and need to meet Jesus. The entire congregation is invited to join us in this exciting opportunity for worship and celebration. Pioneer Club kids will be included, but will begin their evening in the clubrooms downstairs at 6:30 PM. Parents please pick your children up at 8 PM downstairs. This is a free event and all are welcome!

Plans are underway for the 2016 Beautiful Life Women’s Conference! Ladies, mark your calendar for a day created just for you on Saturday, April 9, 9 AM-2 PM. This year’s theme is “Getting Real”. ARC will serve breakfast at The Banquet in Sioux Falls on Monday, March 7. To prepare the meal, 5-6 volunteers are needed at 5:30 AM (leave at 5 AM) and 20-25 volunteers to serve the meal at 6:30 AM (leave at 6 AM). Meet at ARC for rides together. Sign up at the Narthex table.

Registration for summer camps at Inspiration Hills opens February 1. Brochures and detailed information is available at inspirationhills.org or check out the display in the Narthex. The theme for 2016 is “True North”, emphasizing John 14:6. Explore the options and remember that ARC will pay half of your registration fee.

The Quilters had busy fingers in 2015 producing a total of 223 quilts. They were delivered to the following places: Children’s Inn—29 bed quilts and 70 kids quilts; Union Gospel Mission—38 bed quilts and 31 kids quilts; Furniture Mission—28 bed quilts; Alpha Center—27 baby blankets. A special thanks to Justice for All and Redeemed Remnants for quilting material and Fey Industries for batting. If you are looking for something to do, come join us.

The SR RCYF Youth Group invites you to a Sweetheart Supper on Sunday, February 14, 6 PM in the Fellowship Hall at ARC.  Choose between pork loin or bacon wrapped chicken breast, plus tossed salad, baby red potatoes, vegetable, dinner roll, and dessert.  Cost is $25 per person with proceeds going to the youth mission trip to Michigan.  Make your reservations at the table in the Narthex.  Valet parking will be available at the west doors.

New Life Treatment Center will host a benefit featuring well-known Christian comedian, Ken Davis, on Friday, January 29, 7 PM at American Reformed Church Luverne.
