CORNERSTONE PRISON WORSHIP We have committed to send 15 people to the Cornerstone Prison Church worship service at the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls on Friday, October 13, 5:45 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a blessing and encouragement to the inmates. ATTENTION ARC MEN! This fall we will begin a men’s only Sunday School Bible Study using the same material as the Friday morning Men’s Community Bible Study. As Christian men we are called to be the spiritual leaders of our homes and that begins with being disciplined readers of the Bible. This study will help all men gain experience in doing just that in a non-threatening environment. So men, please consider attending this 10 week study on the book of James. Materials will be furnished for you. We invite you to a short informational meeting in the Multipurpose Room after the worship service on Sunday, September 10 with the class beginning September 17. FALL KICKOFF AND PICNIC Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 10 for an All Church Picnic and Kickoff of a new season of education and activities. After worship, Sunday School will begin followed by a potluck dinner at 11:45 AM and games and activities for both kids and adults. Bring a main dish and side dish to share and your own tableware!
