Excavation for new Sancturary begins

Excavation has begun for the new ARC worship space, part of the Grow... for God's Glory campain.

Here are some pictures of the progress.  This shows digging of the basement portion of the site, which will connect to the basement of the current facility.  The new basement extends under the entry & narthex area of the new sanctuary, but there is not basement beneath the new sanctuary.

Some water was hit in the excavation, but the amount of water is actually less thatn expected.  God's helping hand at work!
